Your exclusive HolidaySuite DeLuxe **** LAKA is located directly on the lake in the quiet district of Neusach on the 1st floor of the house Neusach 107. A vacation suite furnished in the most exclusive style with 125 square meters of living space, ideal for 2-4, max. 5 people. 2 bedrooms, south-facing, magnificent and unique lake view from the 18 qm balcony. The modern house has an elevator, car parking spaces in the covered carport area, a bicycle storage room, ski cellar with ski boot dryer and laundry room with washing machine and dryer in the basement. Enjoy wellness in the hotel's own wellness area with sauna, whirlpool, experience showers and relaxation room.

The HolidaySuite DeLuxe LAKA is lovingly furnished in a modern and extremely exclusive style. The cozy atmosphere of your vacation idyll is defined by spacious, bright rooms with white walls, light wood and maple parquet floors, planned and furnished according to the Feng Shui principle. The heart of the suite is a 45 m² living area with a gallery and 7 m room height, a 4 m high fireplace, integrated dining and kitchen area and very large windows facing south. Through the large sliding door you enter the 18 m² balcony terrace with a magnificent view of the lake and the mountain landscape, which is probably unique on the lake. On this level there is also a spacious bedroom with lake view, an exclusive separate large bathroom area with whirlpool bathtub and a separate guest WC. Large windows allow for an incomparable lake panorama, which is probably unique on the lake, and make the rooms light-flooded and bright. Electric external blinds on all windows provide optimum shading, privacy and blackout.

The large balcony terrace with its magnificent view invites you to start your day with breakfast in the open air or to relax in the evening with a glass of wine at dinner.

On the second level of the HolidaySuite DeLuxe LAKA, accessible via a spiral staircase, you will find the gallery, a second bright bedroom with lake view and the second, exclusive bathroom with shower, bathtub, WC, washbasin, hairdryer and towel dryer.

You can also enjoy your first and last lake view of a day at Lake Weissensee from the roof terrace on the second level of the HolidaySuite DeLuxe LAKA

In summer, the house is surrounded by flowering meadows and the hotel's own bathing area with lake platform, bathing jetty, comfortable sun loungers and parasol is right on your doorstep. If you feel like it, you can do sports on the lake, take a tour in the hotel's own rowing boat or simply relax and enjoy the natural wonder of Lake Weissensee.

In winter, the sunny location of the property is ideal. With the ski bus stop on the doorstep and the ski bus shuttle, you can reach the Weissensee family ski area as well as the top ski arena Hermagor-Nassfeld. Toboggans or ice sticks are available, as the permanently frozen lake and the largest natural ice surface in Europe are right on your doorstep.
